A split second of thin air, of fluidity and the un-tangible, suspended.

My practice circumnavigates a few crucial themes, but as all roads lead to Rome, as does the driving concept of individual perception. The idea provokes the choice of medium, with pinhole photography, text and print working as developmental tools. This is due to the instantaneous and bare bones nature of there production. Initially intent on capturing clouds, symbolic of the immeasurable and spontaneous nature of human interaction with borders, this however proved almost impossible. However I feel in love with capturing the clouds in this beautifully organic manner, translated to paper. Leading me on to the creation of an accessible, frozen portal of daily change. This has also led me onto questioning the necessity of  tethering clouds.
