The quandary of a fisherman,
He could purchase a net, which would provide immediate opportunity to land a catch. However his control as to his haul is limited by this efficiency.
The net is fit for purpose and adheres to fishing legislation. The fisherman can change the length of the net and the time it is immersed, but non of these will vary the size or species of fish. Because the gauge is fixed and outwith control.
However, suppose the fisherman was to create his own net. All but the weather can be controlled and varied. But still the catch cannot be controlled because of the sporadic and fluctuation of mother nature. This balance of control is respected and accepted by the fisher folk, as a lifecycle.
A physical structure which provides through invisibility.
A net for thin air, a net for clouds.
